Many buildings develop cracks after construction. Cracking often has serious effects on the structure.

A cracking report will identify the cracks, their cause, suggest a remedy if appropriate and provide you with the latest technical information available about cracking and its causes.

Rising damp, lateral damp and falling damp are common problems, especially in older buildings. Costs for repairing damp problems can be high.

Our inspectors have the latest High Tech equipment to measure moisture levels. Our Reports include recommendations for any repairs.

Dilapidation reports give a description of the state of the building at a given time.

Cracks and other defects are accurately recorded. Often these reports are used to compare the state of a building at a later date to its condition at the time of the original inspection.

It could be that construction work close by has caused change in the condition of the building. Our written reports usually include photographs of the defects.

From our experience the Pest Report is the most commonly ordered type of report. Timber destructive pests such as termites or borers can cause extensive damage to buildings in a short period of time and are difficult to detect as they usually exist in areas that are difficult to see.

The Pest Reports details not only termites, borer and vermin activity but also wood rot, dampness and ventilation.

A Pest Report is usually a condition of approval for finance by the lending authorities. The Pest Inspection Report issued by us will satisfy this condition and allow finance to be arranged
